Michael was very helpful to me in finding tenants for a house that I was renting out. He helped market the house to prospective tenants, screen and select my tenants and negotiate the lease agreement with them. Later, Michael also helped me when I sold the house.
I was delighted to work with MIchael. I found him to be easy to get along with and to talk to and Michael took the time to understand what my larger picture goals were. Working with Michael, I felt like I wasn't just another sale to him but rather that he genuinely wanted to help me attain my goals.
